ENPULSION sucht eine:n IT Administrator:in (f/m/x) zur Verstärkung unserer Abteilung Digital Technologies. In dieser Rolle sind Sie für die Betreuung, Wartung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer gesamten IT-Infrastruktur verantwortlich, einschließlich Server, Netzwerke und Cloud-Dienste. Sie installieren, konfigurieren und administrieren Windows- und Linux-Systeme, verwalten Active Directory, Benutzerkonten, Gruppenrichtlinien und Berechtigungen und stellen eine sichere sowie stabile IT-Umgebung sicher.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Betreuung, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung der gesamten IT‑Infrastruktur (Server, Netzwerk, Cloud‑Dienste)
Installation, Konfiguration und Administration von Windows- und Linux‑Systemen
Verwaltung von Active Directory, Benutzerkonten, Gruppenrichtlinien und Berechtigungen
Sicherstellung der IT‑Security (Firewalls, Endpoint‑Security, Patch‑Management, Monitoring)
Planung und Umsetzung von IT‑Projekten (z. B. System‑Upgrades, Automatisierung)
Dokumentation von Systemen, Prozessen und Sicherheitsrichtlinien
Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern und internen Fachabteilungen

Vertragsart: Vollzeitstelle mit 38,5 Stunden/Woche

Gehalt: Das Mindestgrundgehalt für diese Position beträgt EUR 3.893,09 brutto pro Monat auf Vollzeitbasis (38,5 Std./Woche). Eine deutliche Überzahlung ist vorgesehen – je nach beruflicher Erfahrung und Qualifikation liegt das tatsächliche Gehalt voraussichtlich bei EUR 4.500–5.000 brutto pro Monat.

Dein Profil

Ausbildung im IT‑Bereich (z. B. HTL) und solide, praxisnahe IT‑Erfahrung aus der täglichen Arbeit.
Mindest 5 jährige Erfahrung in der Systemadministration.
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows‑Server, Active Directory und Netzwerktechnologien.
Erfahrung mit Linux‑Systemen von Vorteil.
Grundkenntnisse in IT‑Security und Backup‑Strategien.
Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Serviceorientierung.
Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse.
Interesse an High‑Tech‑Umgebungen und Raumfahrttechnologie.

Job Overview

ENPULSION is looking for an IT Administrator (f/m/x) to join our Digital Technologies department. In this role, you will be responsible for the support, maintenance, and continuous development of our entire IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services. You will install, configure, and administer Windows and Linux systems, manage Active Directory, user accounts, group policies, and access rights, and ensure a secure and stable IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support, maintenance, and further development of the entire IT infrastructure (servers, network, cloud services).
Installation, configuration, and administration of Windows and Linux systems.
Management of Active Directory, user accounts, group policies, and access rights.
Ensuring IT security (firewalls, endpoint security, patch management, monitoring).
Planning and implementation of IT projects (e.g., system upgrades, automation).
Documentation of systems, processes, and security policies.
Collaboration with external service providers and internal departments.

Type of contract: Full time position with 38.5 hours/week

Salary: The minimum base salary for this position starts at EUR 3.893,09 gross per month on a full-time basis (38.5 h/week), with a planned significant overpayment of EUR 4.500-5.000 depending on your professional experience and qualifications.

Your profile

Education in the IT field (e.g., HTL) and solid, hands-on IT experience from daily operations.
At least 5 years of experience in system administration.
Very good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking technologies.
Experience with Linux systems is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of IT security and backup strategies.
Structured, solution-oriented way of working and strong service mindset.
Good English and German language knowledge.
Interest in high-tech environments and space technology.
