ENPULSION is looking for a Production Employee (f/m/x) to join our growing production team and support the manufacturing of our state-of-the-art satellite propulsion systems. In this role, you will work hands-on with high-precision components, follow established production processes, and ensure the highest quality standards in our Assembly, Integration & Verification (AIV) environment. The position is part of a 2-shift operation with rotating shifts, offering a dynamic and collaborative workplace where reliability, accuracy, and teamwork are essential.

- Execute production processes according to defined procedures and work instructions.
- Monitor, collect, and evaluate production data.
- Perform assembly and basic maintenance of laboratory equipment, including vacuum systems.
- Conduct 1st-level troubleshooting and escalate issues when deviations occur (SQDC).
- Follow all safety regulations and immediately raise concerns in case of risk.
- Support colleagues within your area and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
- Assist with workstation setup and preparation.
Type of contract: Full-time position: 38.5 hours/week (2-shift operation)
Salary: The minimum base salary for this position starts at EUR 2.300,02 gross per month, with a planned significant overpayment depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
